How do I send you my message audio?
After subscribing or contacting us via email or through our web site to request editing, you will be provided a secure, encrypted link to upload your raw audio files and receive all of your finished audio files as well as text transcripts and descriptions. Your files remain private and non-public throughout our entire process, and you retain full copyright ownership of your material.
How long does it take to receive my edited audio?
Most standard projects are completed within 24–72 hours, depending on length and complexity. Collaborative editing projects can last longer, and are finalized and delivered once you are satisfied with the results
What kind of audio files do you accept and what do I get back?
We accept most common formats, including MP3, WAV, and recordings from phones, cameras, or sound systems. Your final edited messages and short audio clips will be provided for secure download as both MP3 files suitable for podcasting or streaming, as well as full uncompressed WAV audio files suitable for further production use. Message transcripts, descriptions, and titles are provided as .txt files suitable for all uses.
How will I be billed?
We bill on the 1st of each month by email invoice for all editing performed during the previous month, including any additional add-on services you requested, such as extra clips or media conversion. Collaborative editing projects are invoiced the month following completion. This gives your organization more time to budget and plan for your editing services.We accept payment by check and Paypal transfer.
What if I don’t like the final result?
We want you to be fully satisfied. On monthly plans additional general adjustments can be made at your direction, and we will apply them to any future messages. Fully collaborative editing options are available if you need more control and multiple rounds of directed editing for specific messages.
Do I need any special equipment or software?
No. If you can record your sermon, you can use this service. We handle the rest.
Can I try this before committing?
Yes. You can provide us with a recent message and we will provide a 5 minute sample, including both before and after audio clips, so that you can hear the difference before signing up. We would love for you to hear the difference that 25 years of audio experience can provide to your message.
What is collaborative editing?
Collaborative editing allows us to interact directly with you by uploading your audio to a secure, private, cloud based software where we will directly work with you through several rounds of editing your message material, receiving input from you at each step. This is a great option for special projects where you desire much greater control over the exact edits and improvements made to your message.
Do you only edit sermons or church material?
We can edit any spoken word message that you have, even if it includes music, such as teachings, classes, bible studies, conference sessions, guest speakers, and podcasts, and voiceover material.
